Refund Policy

We want you and your bees to be happy with every order.

Returns; Because our products are wet, perishable bee patties made with mushroom  mycelium, we are not able to accept returns of opened or used product for health and saftey reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a refund for any order that arrives damaged or defective.

Cancellations; Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refunds; Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
